E.A. Mariani manufactures the broadest product line in Florida. We are Florida's proven source of quality asphalts, PMA, asphalt emulsion, cutback asphalt, and rejuvenators. For 55 years, Mariani Asphalt has delivered quality materials on spec, on time, and guaranteed.

ASPHALT EMULSIONS

AE-90

Typical uses: AE-90 asphalt emulsion is a specialty emulsion designed for single and multiple chip seals (slag seal, tar and gravel, surface treatments). Other uses include sand seal treatments and tack coat.

AE-200

Typical uses: AE-200 is a versatile asphalt emulsion that is used primarily for in-place recycling, mixed-in-place base stabilization, cold maintenance mixes, and sand seals of old, highly oxidized asphalt pavements. Other uses: AE-200 can be used for prime coats and rejuvenation of recycled asphalt pavement (RAP).

AE-200h

Typical uses: AE-200h is a versatile asphalt emulsion that may be used for tack coast, prime coat, sand seals, chip seals, and mixed-in-place base stabilization. Dust abatement is achieved by usage as a sanded prime coat on prepared base.

CSS-1h

Typical uses: CSS-1h asphalt emulsion is used as a general-purpose tack emulsion. Other uses include fog seal, and dust control. CSS-1h can be used for asphalt slurry seal; please contact us for details.

EP-RS

Typical uses: Emulsion Prime-Rapid Set (EP-RS) was designed to replace the RC-70 solvent-based primes. EP-RS is an excellent asphalt emulsion for priming base materials such as crushed lime rock and bank run shell. It may also be used for tack coats, sand seals, and mixed-in-place stabilization. EP-RS can also be used for surface treatments (chip seal) applied directly to unprimed base.

Sp-MS

Typical uses: Sp-MS asphalt emulsion is used as a general purpose tack and prime emulsion. Other uses include bituminous sand seals and midland paver-type cold mix. Sp-MS is Florida DOT-approved for priming.

RS-1

Typical uses: RS-1 asphalt emulsion is primarily used for tack coat.

RS-2

Typical uses: RS-2 asphalt emulsion is used for tack coats and chip seal surface treatments.

SS-1

Typical uses: SS-1 asphalt emulsion is used as a general-purpose tack emulsion. Other uses include prime, fog seal, dust control, and seed mulch treatment. SS-1 is a commonly-used tack emulsion for small jobs.

CUTBACK ASPHALTS

RC-70

Typical uses: RC-70 grade of rapid-cure cutback asphalt is used as a general-purpose tack and prime asphalt binder. It may also be used for sand seals.
